Frances Jenkins '24 wins 1st place for Holocaust Remembrance Literary & Arts Project

St. Mark’s Cathedral School alumna Frances Jenkins '24, a sophomore at Loyola College Prep, won first place for her poem "Questions Beneath the Buried Jars" in the High School poetry category of the annual Holocaust Remembrance Literary & Arts Project. Her work was selected for its thoughtful and compelling reflection on the memory of the Holocaust.
The Holocaust Remembrance Literary & Arts Project invites students to engage meaningfully with history by producing poems, stories, essays, visual art, or musical compositions.
