Tomorrow we make our long-awaited return to school. We will set off on a school year that will be unlike any other. There will be challenges, but there will also be many joys.

Please join us at 5:30 p.m. on August 11 for 15 minutes of prayer for our school year ahead. You can pray wherever you may be at that time. If you are unable to join us at 5:30, you can pray at a time that is convenient for you.

Below is a list of 15 groups and teams of people in our school community to lift in prayer. Please pray the school prayer and follow with a prayer for each of these for one minute each.

15 Minutes of Prayer

Almighty God, we beseech thee with thy gracious favor to behold our St. Mark's Cathedral School. That knowledge may be increased among us and all good knowledge flourish and abound. Bless all who teach and all who learn and grant that in humility of heart they may ever look unto thee. Who art the fountain of all wisdom through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

1. Pray for our Administrators.

2. Pray for all of our Teachers

3. Pray for all of our Teaching Assistants

4. Pray for all Little School  families

5. Pray for all Lower School Families

6. Pray for all Middle School Families

7. Pray for all of our students who will be coming to school for live instruction

8. Pray for all of our students who will be attending school virtually.

9. Pray for the restaurant workers who will be providing our lunches.

10. Pray for our school nurses

11. Pray for our office staff

12. Pray for the St. Mark's Cathedral Clergy

13. Pray for our custodial staff

14. Pray for the St. Mark's Cathedral staff

15. Pray for St Mark's alumni attending high schools and colleges around the country.
