Each spring, LSU recognizes 12 outstanding seniors who contribute positively to the life of the campus, surrounding community, and/or society. These students demonstrate dedication to the principles of the LSU Community in their commitment to intellectual achievement, to leadership on campus, and to service.
Kennedy currently serves as President of the Panhellenic Council, leading 14 sorority chapters consisting of more than 3600 women. Prior to this role, she was Vice President of Kappa Delta, where she led internal operations and academic involvement for over 360 women. She has also been very active in LSU's Student Philanthropy Council.
After graduation, Kennedy will begin a new role as Leadership Development Consultant for Kappa Delta Headquarters.
"St. Mark’s laid the foundation for my educational, spiritual, and personal development as a student, and as an alumna," Kennedy shares. "Through the supportive environment and emphasis on building interpersonal relationships, this school empowered me to excel in high school and college. As I embark on my next journey as a Leadership Development Consultant for Kappa Delta Headquarters, I carry the lessons learned and values instilled in me during my time as a Lion."
