Preschool students performing at the Spring Sing
Alumni earn honors on world language exams

Eight St. Mark's Cathedral School alumni who attend Caddo Magnet High School were recognized for their outstanding performances in the National French Contest, on the National Spanish Exam, and on the National German Exam.

The National French Contest (Le Grand Concours) is an annual competition sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French. The mission of the test is to encourage students in the study of French and provide an opportunity for recognition.

The National Spanish Exam is a motivational contest to recognize student achievements in the study of Spanish and to stimulate further interest in the teaching and learning of Spanish.

The National German Exam provides individual diagnostic feedback, rewards students through an extensive regional and national prize program, and creates a sense of accomplishment.
