Description: A special morning honoring grandparents and grand friends with classroom visits, tours, and a reception.

Volunteer Role: Help decorate, serve refreshments, guide guests, and clean up.

Chair: April Cogar (Kindergarten Parent)

Description: A family-focused community event that showcases thousands of jack-o'-lanterns and painted pumpkins held at Betty Virginia Park in partnership with the City of Shreveport.

Volunteer Role: Help design and build the school display, transport pumpkins, and assist with clean-up.

Description: A fall 5k and fun run with food trucks, bounce houses, trunk-or-treat, and much more.

Volunteer Role: Help run activities, set up and break down event materials.

Description: An annual fundraiser where families can purchase holiday greenery, poinsettias, and gift wrap to support the school.

Volunteer Role: Distribute items and assist with order pick-up.

Description: A festive pancake breakfast for the whole family, with games, crafts, and a visit from Santa.

Volunteer Role: Help with event set-up, decorations, and clean-up.

Description: The Parents' Club's largest fundraiser featuring an evening of casino games, food, and fun. A week-long online auction with experiences, art, gift cards, and more precedes the event.

Volunteer Role: Solicit and collect auction items from local businesses. Assist with set-up and clean-up.

Asssitant Room Parent Coordinator: Hannah Bouchette (3rd Grade Parent)

Description: Room Parents support teachers by coordinating class celebrations and gifts and serve as the liaison between the Parents' Club and classroom families.

Volunteer Role: Organize teacher gifts, assist with classroom events, and communicate with other parents throughout the year.
