School T-Shirt Order Form

All new students are given a purple St. Mark's t-shirt free of charge with their new student welcome bag. All others can be purchased for $15/shirt and will be billed to your FACTS account.

Orders Made During the School Year:
Your t-shirt will be sent home with your child from school. If you prefer to pick up your t-shirt from the school office, please contact Robin Jennings, School Secretary, at 318.221.7454 or rjennings@smc.school.

Summer Orders:
T-shirts will be available for pick up on Wednesday, Aug. 9 during classroom visits. Orders that are not picked up on visit day will be sent home with your child once school starts.
