School T-Shirt Order Form

The St. Mark's school t-shirt is worn for Friday school spirit days, non-uniform/free dress days, and on field trips off school campus. Every student should have a school t-shirt, but students are not required to buy a new one every year.

All new students are given a shirt free of charge with their new student welcome bag. All others can be purchased for $15/shirt and will be billed to your FACTS account. Please fill out one form per student.

Orders Made During the School Year:
Your t-shirt will be sent home with your child from school. If you prefer to pick up your t-shirt from the school office, please contact Robin Jennings, School Secretary, at 318.221.7454 or rjennings@smc.school.

Summer Orders:
You may pick up your t-shirt from the school office. The office is open Monday-Thursday, 9am-1pm (June 6-August 4). The office will be closed July 4-8. Orders that are not picked up over the summer will be sent home with your child once school starts.
