Yearbook Ads

All 8th grade ads are put together by St. Mark's. Please submit the following by Monday, Jan. 25:

1. Select your Harrington House 8th grade portrait.
   Formal or casual portraits may be used for 8th grade yearbook ads. You will have the option to select which pose you would like to use for your ad once you receive your proofs from Harrington House. Harrington House will then provide the portrait you choose to the school. If you have questions about how to select your portrait or need to schedule your photo session, please contact Harrington House at 318.425.5379.
    
2. Email your childhood photos.

   You may submit childhood photos to include in your 8th grade ad (these are in addition to the 8th grade Harrington House portrait). All photos must be high-resolution jpeg (at least 300 dpi). Please email photos to rjennings@smc.school no later than Monday, Jan. 25.

   Full-Page Ad: up to 8 photos
   1/2-Page Ad: up to 4 photos
   1/4-Page Ad: 1 photo
    

3. Email your ad message.
   Whether it's a congratulatory message, an inspirational quote (or both!), ads include a brief message of your choosing to your 8th grade graduate. Please email your message to rjennings@smc.school no later than Monday, Jan. 25.

St. Mark's Cathedral School reserves the right to edit ads per our guidelines. Please make sure your submitted materials are appropriate for school publication and do not violate copyright law. If ad content is not received by the deadline, your ad will include the student's portrait selected by Harrington House, first/last name, and "Congratulations!" for the message.

If you would like St. Mark's to lay out your ad, please email the following to rjennings@smc.school by Monday, Jan. 25.

2. Message: Whether it's a congratulatory message, an inspirational quote (or both!), ads include a brief message of your choosing. Please email your message exactly as you would like it to be published.

If you would like to create your own full-color ad, please email your artwork to rjennings@smc.school by Monday, Jan. 25. Format must be high-resolution jpeg (at least 300 dpi) in the exact size of the ad. Please do not place any text, photos, or graphics within .5" of the margins.

Full-Page Ad: 8.5"w x 11"h
Half-Page Ad: 8.5"w x 5.5"h
Quarter-Page Ad: 4.25"w x 5.5"h
